It will take a few tries to gain it right, but just relax and don't be fearful, and it will be a lot easier. Angle the tampon towards your support, not straight up, when you are inserting. If you can feel it after you put it surrounded by, then try pushing it up as far as it can jump with your finger, or cart it out and try again with a contemporary one.

is this the first time you have your period? i suggest not using a tampon, but if you want to... cooperate to a parent. thats the best way... or read the box. i kinda qualified myself. I reccomend readn dat box intently and REMEMBER when it'z in u shudn't surface a thing! Y u thynk tha commercials say-so "U can't even feel them"? Lol
read the box its really not that tough and if you cant get it within use some Vaseline 4 the first couple of days i just started mine give or take a few six months ago and that's what i did for the first to days then i get used to it so i dont have to use it very soon Really, I feel for ya. I didn't hold someone to show me this, either. But it's the giving of thing you obligation picture directions for and those are in the box. Good luck. :)
try using tampax compax purple.
they slide contained by really easily and u merely put it in partially way and later push the second half into the first own until you feel it "click"
it took me a couple trys the first few times i used them.
if it feel uncomfortable or bloody, its probly not in adjectives the way and u should try again.
