How to love my belly?
I'm 5'5," sorry, not telling you my freight, but I do have an athletic body. I played soccer as a kid up until glorious school graduation. I've be exercising since I was 18yrs. 30 minutes to an hour. Mon-Fri, unless it's that 'time of the month' or if I'm too tired. I guzzle well. I reason I do eat too much contained by the healthy department if that make sense. BUT I STILL HAVE THIS STOMACH?! My sister has a flat stomach, but she by a hair`s breadth exercises. For my side-profile, it looks like a rip drop. I don't get it. I conjecture if I eat smaller number the shape will flatten. Whatever. I like intake so I doubt I'm gonna eat smaller number (remember, I eat clean!). So instead of asking for fitness tips, because I have a great virtual personal trainer call Maya www.yourselfitness.com. So I wanted to know how can I procure over my flawed stomach and just love it the route it is? And no, I don't watch that much TV near skinny girls on the screen or even hold fashion magazine, so what else could I do to love my tummy the way it is
