Is this on top form?

i used be about 204-5 ultimate november, but about 4 weeks ago I started to work out more, and i'm down to 192 in a minute. I want to know, is that healthy counterbalance loss? or should i be losing more/less? btw, i'm fourteen at 5 ft 10in.

Answers:    It is very vigorous and you are losing weight the right course. You can figure on a 2 to 3 pound counterweight loss when you are eating the right foods and doing exercises. Congrats.

I heard that athletic weight loss is two pounds a week, and anything more than explicitly unhealthy or simply water solidity. you are doing fine keep going, the 1st 2 weeks of weightiness loss is usually the liver, after that it gets harder to lose cargo
Yes that's normal, you will find your weightiness loss will slow down, but don't lose faith, maintain it up. you need to lose approach more weight(no offense) the average weight for a fourteen year hoary is about 110 to 130 pounds.

Now that you hold lost some initial weight, aim to lose 1 to 2 lbs per week. It's better for the body and sustainable. Rapid solidity loss is fine for the first few weeks, but then it must slow.
you are doing dutiful eat vigour food and make exercise It's accurate that you are trying to lose weight! You should try to filch it slowly though, 192 is a bit much for 4 weeks, just exercise and guzzle healthy and save it up. TAKE IT SLOWLY THOUGH!
