I started having my regular monthly pms symptoms about four days ago. I usually start have these exactly a week before I start my cycle. However, yesterday, my boyfriend and I have sex and he said "some might have come out early." I wasn't sure if I should be worried, because I be already having my pms symptoms. It seem like if I be already having those, I couldn't win pregnant. But is that true?

yes you can. you can come out pregnant. no this is not true it is possible to get pregnant most folks ovulate mid cycle but the ovum takes a few days to travel down and if it happen to met any straying sperm along the way you'll be have pregnancy symptoms not pms. by the way debt method is not a good birth control method.conceivably you should go to your doctor in the order of getting the morning after pill(you have up to 72 hour to do so) . I'm assuming you don't want a child right now.
