Physical Exam?

I have a physical exam today and I am so distressed. Last year, when I was 14, the doctor(who is a man) did a breast exam and it made me extremely mortified and violated. Is this normal, and what should I expect?

Answers:    A nurse (female) should be within the room with you, or you mom should be. If it make you uncomfortable to own a man touching you tell him you do not want him to do your breast exam, request a feminine practitioner or a new doctor adjectives together.

It is NOT ok for a male (or any doctor really) doctor to be touching your breasts minus someone else in the room. Even worse if you are self-conscious.
get a feminine doctor Don't be honey! I think I have my first exam when I was 15 or so and I also made it out to be so much more than it really be. I had alike kind of experience but after that realized its no biggie, I be so much more uncomfortable bc my dad be with me and have to turn around! You should be able to request a woman though..mmm...any way man or woman, keep hold of this in mind they are doctors and hold seen it ALL, it is what they study to do this for years. Just relax and don't verbs if man or woman, think DOCTOR.
It is not okay to perceive uncomfortable or violated. You should own another female as a chaperon within the room with you, or see feminine doctor. There can be good reason to check your breasts but only if you are comfortable beside it. See someone else or take a feminine in next to you or ask for a nurse to be present.
Good luck
