My right, lower side hurts. It hurts between the space of the ribs and my hip bone. It's a thudding type of pain, sometimes it's sharp, but it's mostly dull.

Well , it could be a lot of different things but the first thing that I thought of is appendicitis since it's on your right side. If I be you I would get it checked out- especially if you set off to feel nauseated or the discomfort gets worse. The doctors will check and do a blood audition to see if your WBC count is elevated.
