I enjoy really discouraging pms, how can i stop it?

Answers: Well beside the upset stomach I take saltine crackers next to either 7up, Sprite or Mountain Dew. That help settle my stomach. But about the strain and the real fruitless mood swings you should talk to your Mom to give somebody a lift you to the doctor. You might have a tangible bad chemical contained by balance. (This contained by Hormonal) And need to see a doctor to own it treated. Sometimes you need meds for this or they will put you on birth control. To control your emotion.

talk to a doctor in a minute! they will prescribe something to make you have a feeling much better and to lessen your pms! please don't suffer through it and potentially harm yourself. dance see the doctor. they have drug for bad pms. I am not self sarcastic.
there's pills for that at the drug store. I importantly recommend you take those pills since you end up beside no boyfriend, no friends, and no family to dangle out with. Maybe you could talk to your doctor in the region of getting on birth control. I'm not sure how your parents would react to this but this can and a short time ago might cause your symptoms to be lighter. I enjoy a friend who had like peas in a pod problem. Tips on controlling PMS
* Eat complex carbohydrates (such as whole small piece breads, pasta and cereals), fiber and protein. Cut back on sugar and podginess.

I know it's unnatural because chocolate brings down stress for most people while it also make PMS worse, which is stupid. are you really in impossible pms ?? if you are take advil and drink some hot tea they own it in H E B .. it will aid you less affliction also if you got roast pad it look approaching a pillow put on your stomach it will less the backache you will feel clam . if your suicidal thinking wannting to butcher yourself .. go out side bring a long walk or run and scarm ahhhhhhh or hear loud music .. it will sustain .. i use to be suicidal before and very soon it not wroth it killing yourself forwhat .. you enjoy god your not alone ... cherish your life :)
all right I think you own lot of differnt issues, you need to concord with. There is something you can do roughly this pain, it is rugged to say what you own. when I was your age I have the same problem they give me a medicine that I sprayed up my snout twice daily I believ and it stpped my interval complety. You need to see a dc and a counselor rigfht away. in attendance is help return with a big heating wipe and lay in the fetal position near it laying across your lower tummy. you gotta be surrounded by control, it's your body, you can do this. Then tell your parents and dance to a gynecologist who will prescribe a tougher medicine for cramps similar to anaprox or naprelan. you need to stop cause more pain to yourself, adjectives won't fix the problem, it will make it worse.
Go to the drug store and capture your self a bottle of Magniesum supplements. It will help near cramps, headaches, sleep, and over adjectives feeling of capably being. Also Pamprin is a great over the counter PMS pill. It help with mood swings and dull pain. You can take both together. do 50 jump jacks then run 10 miles.
Check yourself into a mental institution. i cogitate your depressed...i don't think that's pms.but I don't know
