Lately I've been getting cramp in my vanished breast; it's not bad satisfactory to make someone vote ouch or anything but I don't know. The thing is, the torment is only surrounded by one and not the other.. I don't know what it could be. And before someone asks if I own felt for lumps, yes I hold; breast tissue is lumpy anyway, isn't it?

To describe the pain better, I would say-so it's like pressing your fingers down on your forearm; it doesn't hurt but you can still discern it.

No, the single way to authenticate this is going to a doctor and have some medical test. I sometimes get really sharp pains surrounded by my left breast too..I hold asked my Mom about it and she say she sometimes gets like thing and not to verbs about it...she is a nurse and I own had this for years in a minute..I am 23..so I wouldn't worry more or less it really but if you are really concerned I would go see a doctor
