so i guess my advice to you. if you are getting depressed roughly speaking this weight gain that going for a way of walking or getting out and about releases endorphins thus making you comfortable. so its like doing two things at once. exercise to loose kg and exercise to be merry! :) dont think as it as exercise. steal up a dance class if you are laid-back like me. google the exercise moves that burn the most calories rofl. after just do them. hahahha - at first when you exercise you grain like crap and want to furnish up but when you start doing it routinely you will reap rewards ! good luck
omg get hold of off the pill!.i just now went to the doctors and she told me i would not gain solidity at all if i go on it.she flat out lied to me what a slut bag.i'll never be in motion on birth control just because of that function...
