A query almost birth control and unprotected sex?

I started the birth control on the first day of my spell. I have be taking it for a week now. The collection says if you start the pill on the first daylight of your period, you can immidiatly own unprotected sex. Am I in the clear? I'm not worried more or less STD's...just pregnancy. I know the pill doesn't prevent STD's already.

Answers:    Usually you cannot own unprotected sex right away, the typical amount you need to keep on is 14 days.

However if you had an irregular length, doctors usually recommend to wait a full cycle e.g. after your subsequent period will be fine.

Each method of contraception have a percentage likelihood of conceiving a child, for example the pill is not 100%. Surgery usually have a better chance to prevent pregnancy, but near are exceptions here as well.
no because u can still acquire preganant when u are on ur period
u should loaf 1 week for ur body to get used to the hormones surrounded by the pill then u can enjoy unprotected sex
thats what my nurse told me
I was other told that it takes at lowest 3 months for the pill to be accurately in you system all right if your peroids over its allready had time to be into your system so mabey a few more days youll be flawless to go
If you follow the directions on the pack you will have a large chance of succesful birth control.

The pill works approaching .. it tricks your body into thinking it is pregnant.. so you do not ovulate when you usually do... somewhere between 7 and 14 days after menstruation.
I was told by my doctor, and afterwards a pharmacist, that it is better to wait one complete cycle earlier engaging contained by unprotected sex. So...say you started the pill on Febuary 3rd...continue until (roughly) March 3rd to start with unprotected.
Make use of condoms (i know, they suck) for very soon.
