Have some oil onto ur curls scalp... apply oil onto ur stomach. drink lots of sea... lemon juice will also assist... dont exercise... take rest... stroll slowly. follow this, and ur pain would curtail gradually, contained by all cycles... avoid intake sweets during ur cycle, which may cause severe aching.
I have equal problem but for my whole entire extent.. I use Thermacare heat patch made by always. I also use a heat pad when at home the patch are for when I'm at work. I usually take a hot hip bath when it's at its worst. Some sort of heating wad on your belly would help. The high temperature calms and soothes the cramping. I am matching way the first light of day as well, I usually jump work out and that also really helps the cramping.
use a heat pad or lug a warm tub, I found that taking a calcium tab every day help take calcium supplements. they are flawless for preventing cramps. also try heating pad or topical muscle relaxants like icy hot, bengay, or tiger balm.
