also, a short time ago because it was a thought that crossed my mind... if i be to go to the exam and i be pregnant but did not know it, would they be able to speak about right away when they look inside?
im sorry if these questions come across silly, but i figured that i would swot up them from experienced women :)

Answers: no no no...really- i understan- they will run a preg test if you mention any concerns something like it- and they do the speculum thing so they can carry a clean sweep of your cervix so they can detect impressive cervix stuff... like cancer and inflamation and stuff. basically relax. drink lots of water so your not dry as a bone and trade name sure your doc warms his/her hands/ instruments and EXPLAINS EVERYTHING b e f o r e they do it! the worst chunk (if you relax like your supposed to is when they verbs it out and you feel similar to a hollowed pumpkin..) take a wipe with you, because you might spot afterward. and the lube will be coming out of you for the rest of the daytime, like going away snail trails- so afterwards- don't be going back to work if you can give a hand it- go home and relax- you've have A DAY. eh? get some movies to survey and just curl up contained by bed. it's gonna be one of those days. (just don't go running around it's not fun)
ok- i know taking the year is a bit exterme, but if youve never had one, it might not be something you discern comfortable about- the other answerer that could have them done on her lunch break is vastly comfortable with her body, and i'm proverb that you couldn't do the same thing- it's only you really don't know what to expect- my last one made me crap approaching NOboddies business- so not HAVING to do things was nice... because i know... and my very first one be when i was 15, on my length, and after ward was made to to run to marching group practice and march beside my heavy ole bass drum for 4 hrs. cramping and bleeding and simply generally not sunny.. so- i just reccommend to prepare for the worst and hope for the best..
\and- if you enjoy a guy doc, they are generally more gental than females- if have a few different docs and the women were similar to "open wide- SHUV." (Like i be a car or something!!) and the men be like "my mitt is on your knee, immediately i'm moving into your inner thigh. and they were treating me approaching that's my most vunerable area.blah blah blah. so update the doc it's your first time, and be carefull when pulling out- or at least to inform you to relax when they are about to- you don't want to tighten your muscles during that time more than any.try to focus on a ceiling tile and count creases. hahahaha- i'm a moment ago that kind of personage to tell you ever sentiment i've ever had! sorry!
I dont regard you really need to budge to the extreme of taking the day rotten or anything. I have have it done in my lunch breaks from work a few times and thats fine. Its a moment or two uncomfortable, but over contained by a minute, so its really not that bad. I usually only chat away to the doc to make the time overhaul quick. Kinda similar to a blood test, it sucks, but really its not that unpromising at all and over contained by a flash. As for the spotting, its nothing, and the lub I dont even identify. Maybe avoid sex afterwards for a night or two, as it might perceive a bit raw. As for the pregnancy section, no you definalty cant tell by looking up nearby, and it wont harm the child either as doctors usually do this assessment when you are pregnant just to brand name sure everything is alright i.e. stds and stuff. But if you think you might be, report to the doc and run a preg test. Then at smallest you will know if you have a babe-in-arms on the way too :) You'll be sweet, in attendance is really no need to verbs at all. In pap smear they merely can detect the epitelium lining of your cervix. If here is an abnormality or not.
They won't be able to look inside, coz uterus is far above that, and also your cervix will be closely tight.
