Examining my belly?
Well am immediately 8weeks and everything is healthy. basically curious as to what the doctor was checking for and why did she influence i didnt 'feel' pregnant? & how can they tell your pregnant lately by examining your belly? i didnt think things changed within that area for sometime.
Answers: "feeling" pregnant is when your uterus is swollen and firm. It rises further up contained by your abdomen the further into your pregnancy. You can report how far along a woman is just by hunch her abdomen... Its tricky but true!
May be the doc dint check you properly. Cause she is suppose to know things resembling this. At about five weeks, your uterus won't be extremely badly swollen, especially if this is your first pregnancy. It can take for a time while for your doctor to feel your uterus from the outside (palpation is the residence they use, usually).
Palpating the abdomen is not considered a reliable style to tell if a woman is pregnant, although some completely well trained doctors can touch a lot that bearing. Many are able to guess the size and solidity of a full term fetus accurately by palpating the uterus from the outside, but this take a VERY knowledgeable and ably trained health watchfulness practitioner.
Experienced eyes and hands repeatedly can feel and be delirious we miss. Each body is different so they aren't always right. That's what test are for.
