how long should i fast for?... i am wanting to lose 16kgs...

Also I am 5ft 5.4" how much should i weigh to be considered a wishy-washy weight ?

Answers:    fast isnt the way to lose shipment since it will shut down your metabolism and hold on to fat stores. fast is more for detoxing the liver and blood than burning fat.
