ur boobs are growing ang merely go to the gym and run but dont do various weights hormones..--(boob itch) or a rash.. show your mother. but merely do any excercizes. not too harsh if you own cramps. it dosnt matter whether your going through puberty. it wont restrict any excersizes unless yo uare ON your interval at the time. then i suggest lay off a bit to give your body a break.
