Answers:    just press down on it for around 30 seconds. if over partially of it is coming up then you can renovate the patch. but its fine for now. the best place to put it is on your arm. ive tied my hip but it wont fully stay. remember to build sure that your skin is clean, dry, and receding befor you put a patch on.
