the digestion of food.it's your intestines working away!! If it's after you devour it could be irritable bowel syndrome.
Also eating to briskly and taking in to much nouns will do it too.

It is your body processing and absorbing the nutrients (via your intestines) we so desperately necessitate. While it is absorbing these nutrients it is also moving the bulk (or waste) through your intestines to be discarded when the urge hits.
