Answers:    It can be normal for the labia minora to be a bit on the murky side as far as color depending on your heritage. Mine is also a bit on the dark side because section of my heritage is Hispanic because of my mom.

As for the enlarged labia minora it can be normal for one to be a bit larger than the other but when it is so long that it cause discomfort (and this happened to me as well) I would recommend seeing a doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see if something approaching a hormone imbalance (an example only) could be cause this.

I had surgery to remove the excess skin from my disappeared labia minora 10 years ago because of pain and irritation when I wore pant and panties. Unfortunately I ended up beside more problems afterward and if I had it to do adjectives over again I wouldn't have have the surgery.
