Answers: Have you see CSI where they put that little swab contained by someone's mouth to test for DNA?
It's kinda equal thing, single they put the swab inside you. It's not uncomfortable and take about 15 second.
They look at the swab under a microscope and know almost promptly if you have an infection.
If your humiliated which I have be many times within the past, Tell your doctor right away if its a mannish he can suggest that to refer you to a female doctor for conducting tests of your vaginal area.
Have you have a Pap test done?? rationale that's more what of how they test of if you own any infections down in your vaginal nouns and that everything is okay.
You probably havn't being 15yrs matured, there's nothing to really verbs about but if you are really uncomfertable ask for a feminine doctor to do it thats the best I can tell you to do
is through swab trial. Good questions... if you suspect you hold a vaginal infection, you will need to progress to your GYN. I'm assuming you've never had a GYN nouns because of your age. The test can be degrading to many women because you are 'showing' your 'goods' to a stranger... but it's a medical nouns and it's something ALL women must go thorough at most minuscule once a year.
But for the most part the doctor places a speculum inside your vagina to accessible it to see clearly if yeast is present... he/she takes a swab of this afterwards the test is over. Normally it take less than 5 minutes... but sometimes it can come across like an eternity.
Bottom column, talk to your mom in the order of your concerns.
They can take a swab (like a Q-tip) and hold a sample of discharge from down in that and wait for the results to come rear legs indicating presence of infection or not.
They sometimes provide antibiotics pending the results or suggest antifungal cream (for a yeast infection) close to canesten.
Hope this helps,
