Answers:    You most likely have a blood clot. They are nothing to be worried in the region of. It's what the lining of the uterus looks similar to before it is shed away contained by the period. When our period start, the body released anti coagulents to break them up, but sometimes they slip though. Sometimes they can be quite significant. Most are about the size of a quarter, as they usually seize broken up in the cervix, but it's not extraordinary that they be larger or smaller.

You should call your doctor if they remain considerable, or get larger, or if you simply have clotting and no blood.

It might just be a blood clot, (very common) during your term, it could be part of a condom that broke during intercourse... or you may hold had a miscarriage. Many women hold them and don't realize it isn't just a voluminous clot coming out... Was it in the shape of a circle and be there profoundly of cramping during this cycle? If so, it may have be a miscarriage
