Can you use the morning after pill repeatedly?
Answers: The morning after pill is for emergency contraception lone. certainly your GP would not repeatedly prescribe it. It is available over the counter but at more that lb20 a pack it is ridiculously expensive, except as a one rotten.
It is a progesterone only pill contained by high dose, why not solve the problem by using a day by day progesterone pill such as Cerazette.
Go to the pharmacist and ask them, they'll know for sure. And buy some condoms while you're there for subsequent time - lots cheaper than the morning-after pill! Go to the clinic and get sorted next to some proper contraception. The morning after pill is meant to be used as an emergency method, Going on the pill would be better or one of the other methods, Get checked for STDs as economically.Take care.
The morning after pill is supposed to be used surrounded by an emergency not as a form of contraception. Seriously, your methods of contraception should be the main issue not how to "fix" it then. I had a friend a few years ago who used the morning after pill as her principal method of contraception who went 3 years short having a time and she believes this was due to messing next to her body and regularly using the morning after pill. Get some proper contraception - the pill or condoms. The morning after pill is for emergencies.
No it is not worthy for you, it can really affect you badly (future child bearing). You can jump find out at clinic or pharmacy. Find a suitable contraceptive for you, it safer for you.
Morning after pills are only for emergency...Not to be used always
As others enjoy mentioned, morning-after-pill (aka emergency contraception) is as its name applies, designed as an emergency and is not intended as a substitute for a standard birth control pill that many give somebody a lift daily. You should know that morning after pill is zilch more than a very large dose of a standard birth control pill. Side effects are the ones associated with the standard birth control pill (nausea, headache, dizziness) but at somewhat higher rates due to its dose.
While regular use should not be considered hazardous for most, there are several things to consider:
1. It is not as forceful as once-a-day birth control. Morning after pills prevent 75-89% of pregancies if taken within 3 days of unprotected sex whereas standard birth control pills are typically more than 99% impressive.
2. regular use of emergency contraception may make produce your periods to become irregular and unpredictable.
3. rates and severity of side effects are greater than standard birth control pills.
Hope this help!
