I want to weigh as much as i did contained by the initiation of the arts school year... so what should i do?


since in started college in September i imagine i have gain about 5 pounds. i used to weigh 111 and i wanna weigh that much again and find flat. im 14 and 5'3 so what should i do? i dont like crunches that much but if nearby is anything else please tell me.

Answers:    Walking or running is great exercise. Also, keep under surveillance your calories - you need around 1500 calories a time with little exercise to protract your weight. If you state 1500 cals per day and put in exercise you should lose weight.
uh chomp through healthy and perchance swim some laps everyday if u can swim, swimming exercises ur unharmed body. YOU ARE 14 you are still GROWING the 5 pounds u gained will prolly disappear when u grow a bit taller!! use your brain!! :S:S
5 pounds isn't like mad. it is normal and forceful for a girl your age
What about jog? It's good for stress too.

Or pilates or yoga or anything close to that.

Seriously, I think you simply have to find something you close to so that you'll stick with it. And monitor what you eat too...and drink lots of wet. That REALLY helps!
I own a gym membership. I can stir whenever I want, they have salsa, yoga classes, a theater where they play a movie you can scrutinize. The only prob. is getting myself out of the hous to stir, but its really inspired me! good luck! Stop growing this instant!
okay they say bounce roping is the fastest calorie burning exercise. i did 500-1,000 jumps a time an i lost 60lbs between 3-7 months. but if you drink water and diet drinks. stir light on supper and hurdle rope and think postively you will loose solidity. ! If you are, stop drinking soda and eating second-hand goods food.

Walk 1-2 miles per day.
You should be okay inwardly 2 months!
Don't worry something like it. It'll probably just come rotten by itself. Actually, if you just did something resembling stop drinking soda it would probably be pretty successful. well yea you could only go swim or running and freshly eat clean.but your 14... so you're probably just achievement weight grounds you're getting older. but you can try and argue it... i gave up on the scrap but never got bygone 125 and im 5"8. although im starting to fight subsidise now...freshly incase ;) hahhaa
