22 Year Old womanly next to ask roughly speaking Water Retention?
I consume ALOT of salt. Recently I noticed that along the front of my leg (the boney part) that my finger vanished a slight indentation when I pressed. I know this is a sure sign of water retention. I am overweight (5'5 230lbs)and just begin a workout/healthy eating plan. I will be doing intense excersie and my question is...If I retain marine, will It make me seriously bloated drinking 8 glasses of sea a day. I also take a multivitamin next to extra does of b12 and Vitamin C on alternating days. I know I am deficient..I will have to consume more river than usual because of my excersising, so what do I do>? Will drinking more water effect me? I know I am very poorly and Tired of being that way. I WILL amendment my life, I WILL do WHATEVER it takes to bring back to a healthy weight/lifestyle. I am primed!!

Answers: I wouldn't verbs about retaining water right very soon. Make sure you get enough river, above all else, because being dried out could cause damage.
Cut out saline, and pop especially. One can of pop is the TOTAL amount of sugar someone should consume in a day. When you tag on that to all your meals, it's closely extra. People don't know this, but all that sugar does make you retain marine too. When i stopped drinking pop, I lost 10 lbs, and wasn't even exercising..
No the water you consume will not add to your sea retention. The water retention is due to poor circulation, excess fat deposits and probably your brackish intake. The water you consume is for healthy hydration and to prepare your body for your work out. It's kinda thorny to explain but you'll understand more when you drop some weight. Good luck and stick beside it!! Well, first of all sodium will increase your water retention. I would read out keep drinking at least eight cup of water a day or possibly a bit more since you are exercising. Your body will hold onto more water if it feels dried out. You really need to cut back on the saline..
Moe's right. Salt will force your body to retain excess water so lower your sodium intake, which if you switch to eating improved should happen naturally as most vegetables, fruits, and lean meat are low in sodium. But keep drinking river, the benefits FAR outweigh the cost. It'll help fill you up at meal, it will allow you to get more out of your workouts, and especially you can drink it instead of anything else. I would actually run farther then Moe. Cut out soda yes but if you can live without coffee get hold of rid of it too. If you need the caffeine go to tea, its better for you and have less calories. Also when you go out drinking (i indicate you still gotta have fun!) get rid of beer, switch to not easy alcohol and mix it with 0 calorie mixers like Sprite or Coke Zero. You'd be amazed how several calories in mixers alone a person can drink on a Friday dark at the bar.
