Answers: Some links and info to answer some of your question:
Recovery: Pain thresholds vary. No two folks report the same amount of twinge from the same procedure, but usually agony is dependent upon the implant placement and incision placement. You can also mete out yourself more pain by not abiding by your surgeon's instructions and over-exerting yourself.
Resting/going vertebrae to work: If you have a sedentary career, you can generally progress back sooner than if you hold a job that involves physical diversion. If you have a livelihood requiring lifting (including kids!), long walking or other activity, you must dawdle 3 weeks at least. As a rule of thumb, 5 days is a appropriate amount to take rotten work but 2 to 4 days is possible. A full week off from work plus the weekends should make a contribution you enough time to make well enough to progress back to work. But don't overdo it. Even job that are sedentary can injure you. Ask your surgeon, as he or she is the one who will release you for activity.
Also, hang on to in mind that breast implant don't last forever. The FDA and set in makers recommend that implant be removed and replaced after a certain time. The average time expectancy for a breast implant is around 16 years, according to the Institute of Medicine. Still, you should expect to replace your implants at lowest once in your enthusiasm.

My friend get implants a year ago. I'll articulate don't go to a C cup if you are an A - it'd really look AND have a feeling unnatural because you don't have adequate meat under your skin.
It's totally your choice but I really don't recommend breast augmentation. My friend told me she be feeling approaching an elephant were sitting on her chest 24/7 after the surgery for a month. Through the first 2-3 weeks, it hurted a great deal. (when we're driving, when she's using her arms... etc etc). I am myself also an A cup, my guy loves it and I love it because it looks very athletic. I'm myself worried in a minute if my boobs will get bigger because of the BC pills and I don't want it :)
Besides, we'll never enjoy saggy boobs ;)
I had it done and it really isn't that desperate. I went backbone to work 4 days later. It cost me in the region of $4000 and it was worth it. I be not sure about how big I required to go, the doctor and nurse help me out a lot. They have we wear a sports bra and then they have me try on the different sizes to help me find my comfort zone. After I have it done I was sore but it wasn't intolerable. My best friend stayed with me for the first 2 days a short time ago to make sure I didn't overdo things. Good Luck! You are going to wage anywhere from $4000 to $10,000. BUT.please understand that it is NOT a 'permanent' procedure. Any honest plastic surgeon will inform you that this procedure lasts in the order of 8-10 years...and then it almost other needs to be revised ... specifically...the implants/tissue around them need to to be deal with, because they WILL shift...the tissue WILL deteriorate as to tautness and positional stability.so be warn.it is not a 'one time' thing.
Oh please, please don't!
Lots of guys out here approaching girls with small breasts.
You're a small girl too, so they're fine!
You are going to turn rotten, just as heaps guys as you turn on.
I wish girls would realize this!
I love smaller breasts on women. They're awfully sexy, especially when you go braless next to tight shirts!
Stay as you are!
