Answers: This isn't run of the mill. I would get a colonoscopy to be safe and sound, I know it doesn't sound close to the most exciting option out nearby, but you would probably be more safe than sorry. My aunt have the same problem for years, go to the doctor and they kept saying that nought was wrong, and that she have to eat more fruits, etc. Turns out she have stage four colon cancer. Definitely go see your doctor again, and suggest getting a colonoscopy.
It doesn't nouns healthy but if you own seen doctors and they didn't see this as a red flag consequently maybe it is okay. I don't think it's fighting fit to store poo in your body for that long, I would see another doctor.
What just about taking something daily to prevent this from going on? Something with like mad of fiber will keep things moving. Maybe some ground flaxseed - if you close to the taste of bean sprouts you will love it. If not, mix this or another fiber supplement within your food, take fiber drinks, or devour more salads. Of course consider your diet. Are you eating plenty? Enough fiber? Eat a high fiber breakfast cereal, so you know you're getting a bunch of fiber at most minuscule once a day. Make sure you're consumption fruits and vegetables, lots and lots. Is your diet regular? I bet your doctors talked you to passing about this already, a short time ago bringing it up anyway.
are you exercising regularly? that makes a big difference. Something resembling pilates will work the stomach muscles around your abdomen and stimulate regular digestion. Also consider running or jogging, the up and down motion can't hurt :)
Lastly, hold you considered your stress level? Often empire get constipated when they are stressed and spend time worrying and focusing on their lives. Take time out respectively day to relax, I don`t know sit on the toilet and read for 30 minutes a day? Exercise will also backing you to reduce your stress height.
