Answers:    You will become more aware of what make you comfortable as time goes on. Everyone does it different. Some regulation ever 2 hours, some change every 8. Do what make you feel in good health and clean. I don't contemplate any kinda infection can set up seeing as it is a way to verbs your body out once a month. But at least twice a light of day should be fine if your a light bleeder.

And congrats "woman"!!
i deliberate its supposed to be worn 4-6 hrs I go next to the tampon rule of every 6-8 hours. I figured since it applies to tampons, it should apply to pad too. When you're period is heavier, you may want to adjustment it more often, resembling when it is really soaked or you're uncomfortable.

Welcome to womenhood!
you should regulation your pad every 2 -3 hours no thing how light or cumbersome you are ,,its unhygienic if you don't and you can start to smell and trust me you don't want that. hope this help . They say you should money a tampon every 8 hours at the most. I would think that a wad would be the same entry. I would probably change it more than once a afternoon, maybe twice a sunshine.
When it starts to ooze. That would be a good time. i'd say-so every 4-6 hours in the innate time a woman SHOULD change their wipe in proclaim to eliminate infections and disease.
