Any doctor there, please tell me what to do? spironolactone side effect?

I enjoy have acne for various years. Now, it's much better appreciation to spironolactone. I started taking 200 mg a daytime two months ago. I prescribed it for myself. I know my acne be related to an excess of DHEA, it showed up surrounded by blood test done surrounded by 1990. Besides, I enjoy excess body coat that begin after age 14 (menarche be at age 11) Well, since I have taken another antiandrogen that worked, ciproterone within oral contraceptive pills, but then on I be diagnosed beside dyslipidemia so I avoid that form of medication very soon (increased risk of thrombosis). Now I get tired of putting up next to my acne and downy body, and I started this spironolactone.
I have have regular period for years, and adjectives of a sudden, I am bleeding almost continuously, although painlessly and in completely small amount.
Do you consider I should lower my dosage? I am away from home right very soon, in need any vigour insurance.

That type of spironolactone must not require a prescription and if it does, how did you prescribe it for yourself? I pinch spironolactone dialy for congestive heart breakdown and it requires a prescription. I found this site that consultation nearly it somewhat bit.

ladies help how can i get hold of rid of these stretch grades ?

I'm for a time confused why (and how) you prescribed yourself a diuretic for acne. Spironolactone is a potassium sparing diuretic. It regulates the amount of fluid in your body by competing near the hormone ALDOSTERONE (produced to retain hose down by kidneys), which is secreted by the adrenal glands. This drug is used to lower blood pressure by increasing fluid output. You can endow with yourself a severe electrolyte inequity by retaining too much potassium and disrupting the electrical distraction of your heart. People taking this drug bring back consistent bloodwork to check electrolyte level.
The hormone you are thinking of (DehydroepiANDROSTERONE) is not regulated by this medication. (Androsterone is produced in the liver from metabolized testosterone). Side effects of this diuretic include irregular menses and agranulocytosis (a low platelet count, affects blood clotting).
