You could look up a BMI chart, but that doesn't relate to fitness, a moment ago mass. You probably want to find your body fleshy percentage, for most women, 12-15%. You could be heavier because you are fit and strong but be lean, expect, and hot. Lots of gyms can body hefty exam for you, any electronically or near calipers.Be fit, not gossamer, yeh? That is to say-so, if I be 80lbs bone and organs, 16lbs flabby, and 4lbs muscle, I'd look gross, cuz even tho I'm 100lbs, I'm 20% excess weight. If I'm 14lbs muscle and 6lbs obese, I'm still 100lbs, but i'll look much nicer. Smaller too, because solid take up more space per pound than muscle, so i'll hold a tighter look at alike 100lbs.
What you are looking for is your BMI (Body Mass Index). If you are below 18.5 you are underweight, 18.5 to 24.9 your common, 25.0 to 29.9 your overweight, and 30.0 your obese. You can query on file for a net site to figure your BMI
