STD Question?

I recently started dating a guy, who told me that roughly speaking six months ago, he was diagnosed and treated for chlamydia. Well, while we be having sex for the first time, the comdom come off, and I am extremely paranoid around getting this. How long should I wait back being tested for this. I know not to skulk long, but how long after possible exposer will it show up if i did transmit this. I dont want to test too impulsive in bag it comes back as a false cynical. And please no negative comments

Answers:    That's really great that he be responsible enough to inform you about his bygone STDs! What a good guy. :)

If he be treated for chlamydia 6 months ago, it is EXTREMELY unlikely that you will get it. It's thoroughly easy to treat in the present day and it's likely that his treatment cured it, so that he will not go beyond it along to you. It's a bacterial infection, not a viral one like HPV or herpes, so he will not enjoy it his whole energy.

However, every sexually active party should be tested regularly anyway, so wait for a week or two and after go surrounded by for the usual STD screening. I highly doubt you'll hold chlamydia, but regular testing is newly a part of self sexually responsible.

Give your boyfriend a hug for me for being such a responsible and honest guy!!
