if your not a unwieldy flow just wear a wipe. youll be fine Tampons or a menstrual cup are your only option.

Conquer your fears! don't be afraid to try a tampon. if shes a really good friend u could communicate her that ur having your time of year around then and conceivably she'd understand if you didnt do EVERYTHING the other girls be doing.
This seems pretty thoughtless. Lets review your option.
1)Start using tampons.
2)Dont go.
3) Just sit nearby while everyone has fun (mind you, it'll be humid and hot surrounded by there if its indoor)
I hope you travel with number 2 ! Tampons can be intimidating but dont verbs, they wont kill you!

Okay I have to answer this one!! I NEVER did wear tampons until the terrifically same thing happen to me and I had no choice! Let me speak about you if you do you will NEVER go posterior to a pad again! It be the best thing ever! It sounds stupid but I be kinda scared and I enjoy had 2 kids LOL but I of late thought it would feel mortified. It really doesnt, you wouldnt even know it was at hand!and putting it in is nil! just try it okay! you wont regret it.
well-mannered luck and have fun swimming LOL Try using Platex Sport tampons. Talk to your friends or mom in the order of it. Relax! She's your best friend anyway, talk to her nearly it.
Note that if you are on the pill, you can easily use them to glitch your period by several days.

tampons really arent as desperate as you think. i be afraid at first but its not bad at adjectives. try or unfortunately u cant stir to your friends party.

You could try using a tampon up to that time then only to practice, if you have some lubricant try using it so that course once its in it will be flowing to get it out. Once you win the hang of it, it's not so unpromising. use a tampon. they aren't that bad

Try a tampon or menstrual cup. I hold used the Instead Softcup and the Keeper and I like them both. They are out of danger and easy to use. Try the mini tampons they are really small. I had alike problem and even the very small tampons hurt and feel dry and uncomfortable for a while. I would also suggest getting a tube of ky lubrication jelly, if you put a touch dab on the top of it or even on your orifice first this would probably help you to insert the tampon and obtain it in the right place. Make sure you with the sole purpose use a little bit and don't use anything excluding a proper lubrication jelly like Vasoline or other creams as they are petrolium base and are not meant to be put at hand. Try it before your length to get the hang down of it first this might make it more confident for the day of the knees-up.
Once you start using tampons, you will wish you did a while ago. Don't be afraid. You may want to buy the slender ones or the smaller ones (ob). Go and enjoy a good time.
