To panicky to see one?

my mom thinks it's time i move about on the pill to help regulate my period. my problem is i dont' trust strangers, i was molested when i be 14 and i dont' like strangers touching me. i'm immaculately fine with my boyfriend, we enjoy been have sex for a year now, and i be comfortable with him. how do i overcome man scared to see a doctor and have their hands up my cooch?

Answers:    Ive be on and off the pill a range of times. The first time, I had a full vaginal exam. Ive have exams after that as well, but my fundamental point is that I have also gone surrounded by to get on the pill for interval regulating -- with no exam. They ask you question.

However, I would recommend getting an exam. I was molested as powerfully when I was 13 so it took me a long time, still not over it completely. But the most important thing you own to worry going on for is your health. Each time you accessible yourself to someone like that, it get easier. You need to be concerned for your vigour. Id suggest researching all the possible nonsexual diseases and STDs that you could contract, but prevent if getting regular (Every 3 years or so) check ups. Even AIDs can be prevented if caught rash enough contained by the early HIV stages. Ovarian cancer, etc.. the detail goes on and you do NOT want them. You do not want to be sitting in that in stomach-ache, unable to own children or even sex with your husband latter on simply because you did not go seize a check up. Please go gain examined. You can request a female doctor if you so please, also you can enjoy your parents in the room next to you. (Mother, or sister, or someone else you heavily trust) -- also, as previously suggested.. PPH... they are amazing, actually. I live contained by canada now, but when I be growing up in t he states I have to visit them commonly. They are discreet about EVERYTHING if you so choose. Id recommend researching them as all right.
You can go to Planned Parenthood to return with the pill. They will suggest (strongly) that you get a gynecological exam, but do not require it. They will prescribe it after just a verbal consultation. Also, it might comfort if you met with whoever be going to consult you first. then you could seize to know them first. And if you feel comfortable travel back for another year to get your exam.
You can make clear to your doctor of your worries at the start of the appointment; or find a female doctor you might be more comfortable near. Or ask your mother/boyfriend to come with you and distract you during the exam. What you necessitate to remember here is that these doctor's do this for a living.so in assumption your cooch is just another lenient that they have to do routine examinations on - simply like the 20 beforehand and after you. So to them you aren't going to be something different like it is going to be for you. Plus the doctors are more than thankful to have a nurse usher them if it makes you more comfortable to enjoy someone else in the room only to make sure that nought bad will take place during the exam. I understand your fears of going, it be weird for me too and I wasn't molested. Just remember that adjectives women have to be in motion to those kinds of doctors and you aren't alone surrounded by getting it done.
