I was wake up in the middle of the hours of darkness because it hurt so badly.
As soon as i get up i took 400milagrams or whatever of tylenol. Its working a bit right very soon, but i can feel them coming rear legs.
The tylenol only worked for almost 40 minutes.
Is there anything else i can do to bring back rid of my cramps?
Answers: As a note, don't merely keep taking painkillers it won't solve the problem, twinge is your bodies way of relating you that something is wrong and period pains are surrounded by no way 'normal' during menstruation - that is to say not to say that heaps girls and women don't get menstrual cramps, of late that it is not something they have to suffer from a short time ago because they menstruate.
Because of your age it is probably just down to hormonal inconsistency as your body is maturing, it's unlikely to be something that carries on when you dance into adulthood. Although I'd suggest asking your mother or an elder woman in your household to see if painful cramps occur to them now as adults, it's a apt indiction of what you have to come (but you're not doomed to suffer). Trying to regulate your hormones would be a upright idea, evening primrose grease taken daily will minister to.
First of all try treating the problem yourself but if the niggle continues to be a problem for you then progress to the doctor to see if there is a bigger problem involved - although be wary as many doctors use hormonal birth control as a quick-fix a bit than try to find and treat the problem, unfortunately various women don't realize this happens until they come past its sell-by date hormonal birth control to have children and find the problem reoccurs commonly as a result of fertility problems that could have be treat decades earlier.
Using hormonal birth control for menstrual problems is resembling using an atom-bomb to kill a fly, the possible side-effects are one article, but also hormonal birth control suppresses your normal menstrual cycle and covers up any problems, beside the possibility of those problems coming back when you stop using birth control.
In your teens it is unbelievably important you swot what is 'normal' for your menstrual cycle, this means you own a smaller chance of unwanted pregnancy contained by the future and you can spot infections or other problems easier - going on the pill or another hormonal method would suppress your cycle, thus stopping you erudition about your average cycle.
Hormonal birth control is best as a last leeway in birth control, definitely it is not suitable for common menstrual problems lone as a possible last opportunity in extreme cases.
If your doctor does conjecture it is a more serious problem then I'd suggest trying simple tracking your menstrual cycle next to something like Fertility Awareness Method [FAM] would glibly show up any possible problems rather than going straight for carrying out tests - FAM http://www.tcoyf.com
I'd suggest you look around yourself both online and in your local library for method to prevent menstrual cramps, as the more methods you look into the more you will find something that help you now, or that could give support to you in the adjectives.
