Horrible cramps?

I woke up to the most horrible cramps this morning.
I was wake up in the middle of the hours of darkness because it hurt so badly.
As soon as i get up i took 400milagrams or whatever of tylenol. Its working a bit right very soon, but i can feel them coming rear legs.
The tylenol only worked for almost 40 minutes.
Is there anything else i can do to bring back rid of my cramps?
