Does exercise give a hand near cramps or cause them worse?

I have be trying to stick to my exercise routine, but I have such bleak cramps right now i.e. the last item I want to do. All I want is to lay down.
If I can actually push myself to do it, will exercise sort me feel better?

Answers:    I don't know why relations are telling you its going to get them worse! It makes them BETTER! I'm not sure if those race are lazy, or wimpy or WHAT but they 100% clear your cramps better. Especially if you work out quite habitually, they only win lighter with time.

I've hear this from TONS of my female friends as powerfully. Also from my own experience... I used to get contract killer cramps!

I think that its best for you not to push yourself to do anything while cramping, especially since its really doomed to failure. I read in Seventeen Mag, that its really upright to stay active during your extent.. which reduces backache.. but not if you cant even get up.. so when ever you surface up to it.. go exercise..fashion sure you stretch ur muscles first!..

exercise will NOT receive you feel better during your cramps, but worse. Wait or ask someone to do you a manipulate. Exercise are very adjectives if you do them before a dignified effort. If you don't do exercises beforehand a high stab, you get cramps(probably, this is what you enjoy done) yes, exercise helps win rid of cramps, expecially crunches and sit ups. i never get cramps and i do lotsa crunchs when i exercise.
