Lack of adequate lubrication could hold resulted in some irritation or tearing of the inner tissues of the vagina. Also, did you engross in anal sex as well? If you really go at it, then most likely the insufficiency of lube plus the angle caused some slight bruising/tearing. If the pain is internal, I wouldnt recommend anything besides a short time ago KY to lubricate the area for comfort (can be placed inthe vagina of course as well) or an external vaginal cream to sooth the outer nouns only. Besides that, Tylenol cuold help near the pain factor.

Pain after 8 hrs could be normal for the situation, but if it continues to be tremendously painful after 24 hrs, I would definitely see a doctor...throbbing so severe that sex is impossible/uncomfortable could be a sign of something more serious and she needs to have it checked out !

She doesn't stipulation insurance! Go to the local state hospital in your area, or phone the local health unit/state hospital-MANY state hospitals operate clinics ...try to call first and check out those option...as a LAST (very last) resort, you can go to the state hospital's ER, but it will be a long wait and probably an agitated staff if it is not an emergency situation. If you dont know where on earth your local state hospital is, look in the phone book and look for either social services/planned parenthood/etc-they can direct you to a service probably!
