There is a product called rescue remedy on the souk which I've heard works slightly well, might be worth a try, exercise also help control pms symptoms, try a good brisk hoof it, I think it works wonders, suitable luck Don't drink much caffiene and/or eat briny foods (sodium). Both cause desperate moods and more cramps.
This isnt going to sounds like it works ..but it does.a week or so since my period..i start drinking sea like crazy...my cramps arent so desperate and i hardly own mood swings.also..working out can give nouns on mood swings..as take your anger out on a punching backpack..but having a good sturdy diet is always a plus for PMS..
