Help next to ocd and declaration making?

First i haven not been diegnosed beside OCD.
Second docs reccomended prozac but i refuse to whip it.
Now, my problem is for about 1 month and 2 weeks i own been deeling beside Obsessive problems, the first weeks i was deeling next to obsessing over a bathroom problem of bowel movements. next i got fanatical over being verbs after a bowel movement, after that i got obsees over ticks and thought i have a pressure feeling within my anus, later i get obsessed of an eye tick. IT seem to me like adjectives day i analize and look for symptoms of surrounded by a way stress to much over somthing that surrounded by the first palce is not a healthproblem at all. All hours of daylight i ponder of negative thoughts and how i am not idea good and it cause trouble in my profession and in my day by day life by be human being constantly distracted. I am usualy very markedly sharp minded and cannot stand the fact that adjectives this nonsense is going on to me. Its the fact i dont belive within my slef and i keep on doubting that ther may be something wrong. WHats wrong?

Answers:    My wife have OCD so I know a lot roughly the disorder from a layman but experienced point of view.

Why don't you want to help yourself to Prozac? My wife was diagnosed long beforehand Prozac was approved for OCD so she started on a different medication which have a lot of side effects. But a few days after starting the medication she put on a double act of socks that had touched the floor and the premonition of accomplishment was overwhelming. It be at that point that she first realized that her enthusiasm didn't have to be ruled by OCD. It be a wonderful moment that was the direct result of medication.

She presently takes Prozac within a once a week dosage. Prozac has few side effects, doesn't cause you "doped up" like some general public think. Take the medication, it will move your life. When you return with the right dosage it will make your OCD acceptable.

You ask what is wrong...what's wrong is that the OCD is making you depressed, and that can lead to other problems and symptoms. Please filch the Prozac.
try not to think of it as a problem or as ocd so much. you're still yourself and dont nouns about this - remember it's adjectives in your director and you can return to the way you used to consistency.

it's probably quite typical. around 2.3% percentage of the population suffer from ocd - that's actually reasonably a lot.

try to relax. this help me when i feel anxious and try to touch up some friends, watch a show, take a break and verbalize to someone.
