i am a 10 yr old girl and my nipples are getting knots that really hurt. i wear a bra. but i don't know if this process i am getting breasts.

Some girls get very tender nipples while their breasts are developing. At your age, I'd influence it's likely. You can always address to your mom about this sort of thing... she's be through it all.
