I'm a week away from my annual exam. And I'm due for a period this week, and I'm also experiencing a yeast infection. I am using clotrimazole cream for the yeast infection (the 3 daylight kind). If it clears up in a time or two, and I finish my light interval (('m on the pill), by end of the week. I should still be okay to walk to my annual exam right?

I don't want to go if nearby is a chance my pap smear comes pay for abnormal because of an previously yeast infection/light period.

Answers:    one on your period shortly previously can affect the results and I'm pretty sure so can having a yeast infection. call for your dr. and ask, don't be shy tell them what's going on they'll integer it out anyways if you don't and its much less mortifying if you just acquire it out there.
