What is worse peri-menopause or menopause? For your moods?
Answers: I'm also 46 and going through perimenopause. Perimenopause is worse regarding moods.
Since the definition of "menopause" is a year lacking menstruation, women in perimenopause will still enjoy occasional periods. They can also enjoy hot flashes, palpitations, skin changes, thinning spine, vaginal dryness, possible decreased sex drive, and the dreaded "menopot" that make you look pregnant.
Yes, women in perimenopause return with upset over the stupidest things. But so do some women who experience PMS.
My personal experience? I suffered depression until my perimenopause started. Now I don't get depressed as slickly.
been in that and doing that, I'm 46 and haven't had a time of year in around five months, hot flashes are lighting up,,, but the mood swings can still come at strange times,, i have to chuckle at some of these girls on here that ask question similar to how long before ,i be in motion throw menopause, and does it take a couple of years and i write posterior that everyones difference, but i think most of the time its give or take a few 10-20 years
