create a log to see how much weight you lost. munch through healthy
food and toss the second-hand goods food. while running drink gatorade
because it makes you sweat more which take fat rotten. [it
did for my parents :P]
First of all be comfortable near your weight... its ok to be 140 and within is no need to verbs about how relatives think almost you. but if you really want to reduce solidity for your health sake ...
Here are the tips,
1) Eat how much you are ok near and not over eat.
2) To burn the overweight jog a bit surrounded by the morning and do Kapalabati (an breathing exercise) which will help dwindle weight beside good results.

i started out at nearly 100kg and get myself a job as a cleaner own lost over 30. you need to find something to do that you dont enjoy any choice but exercise. i feel so obedient now, i can dance for longer and dont get puffed merely walking up a hill. find something you will attain satisfaction doing and the cargo loss is just a bonus. otherwise try pilates, its adjectives laying on the floor, and you find the more you do it the more toned you will be and the easier it get. Give attention to food habites.
Abandone fast food.
Reduce calories rich foods approaching cereals, chips, chocolate, ice-creamz.
Never pilfer non-veg meal more than once within a day.
Take timely food regularly.
Never get through full stomach.
Take lot of raw - fruits and Veg.
Practice yoga.
Avoid lifts(& excalator), use stairs.
Try hand(self) laundary. (Let the wash machine help yourself to rest for a while).
Walking for atleast 2miles per day is a angelic exercise, cycling too.
Try helping mom in kitchen.
Take the go of cleaning your home on a regular basis.
Drink profusely of water (Drs. read out atlest 8 liters.)
Daily exercise even if it's a 15 minute walk and at a snail`s pace work your way up
Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Eat lean meat, cut out adjectives fatty and fried foods and sugary foods.
If you drink tea and coffee try and cut back on that too.
