You do NOT inevitability to have a period to obtain pregnant (my friend who was nursing her baby assuming that lactation be enough of a contraceptive found out that she was NOT protected...she get pregnant again with her 3rd child when she was nursing her 4 month aged!).
I'm guessing that if you got pregnant now, you may be contained by some serious trouble. A C-section cuts through the uterine wall, so when it stretches again with a new pregnancy this soon after the later pregnancy you could suffer uterine rupture.
I would STRONGLY recommend that you see your doctor ASAP and make sure that you're (A) not pregnant and (B) get on reliable birth control right away if you're not pregnant. If you ARE pregnant, then you need to ask some serious question of your doctor and make sure that YOUR health is going to be ok..
your interval wont be the same after you have the babe it could take a year for your period to be indistinguishable
if your uterus is able to carry it but your body might not be competent,too since you had 2 kids kinda close together

and not to scare you but i know someone that had there kids close together that she died have the last child because she was pregnant in 11 months of having the oldest and was pregnant in 5 weeks of having the middle child and when she had the youngest she died.

Yes, your body would be capable of carry it and handle it (although it is a bit tough on a body to jump through 2 pregnancies back to back .. but yes, it happen all the time).
The doctor will probably make you lurk to start taking b/c pills until you know for sure that you're not pg, as you're not supposed to take pills while you're pg..

You could possibly be pregnant yes. I would instinctively see if a period comes - if not , go and get a pregnany test.
It is very possible for you to be pregnant...and if you are Congratulations!! to be precise so awesome that your kids will be that close in age. That is how I want my children..back to wager on.
