Who have experienced premenopause symptoms at 32?
Answers: I started beside peri-menopausal symptoms when I was 34. It took me nearly FOUR years to find a doctor that would even listen to me! Finally one said that because my mother had enter early, it was markedly likely that I might be doing so as well.
She recommended 1200 mg of fish grease per day, Ambien to help beside the insomnia, and a homeopathic remedy called "Changes for Women: Night & Day Formula" by Zand Pharmaceuticals.
Also, consume more calcium, continuing the pill (which I was already on for menstrual problems) and achieve at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise EVERY sunshine.
It seems to have help me some, although the hot-flashes still drive me NUTS (especially now that summer is fully upon us!).
See your doctor and keep going wager on till you find someone who will listen..
I am there with you! I'm 32 also. Mine have turned into severe PMDD because of it. I was never regular my whole time, but have been more regular the later year, but have gotten out of control hormonally. My hormones are even cause seizures.
But this "Major mental issues like irritable, mood swings, short temper, lack of energy, agitated (for reason that only make sense to me) and to some extent be left alone" is so me. I even tried anti-depressants. Good luck! My doctor diagnosed my pre-menopausal symptoms at age 28.
I have severe bleeding, so fruitless that for 2-3 days a month, I can't leave my house and when I am able to, I own to take a minimum of 3 changes of clothes beside me. I have to set my alarm every 2 hours at night a moment ago to check.
I bleed sometimes every month.. sometimes every 3-4 or even 6 months. Sometimes it lasts 5 days, sometimes as much as 15. I usually go through 2 pack of overnight pads.
I have no life, I am always tired and yet never competent to sleep. I am lucky to get 3 hours straight a night and sometimes I even find dizzy from blood loss.
And yes... just leave me alone for the week. lol
My Dr said medication wasn't an chance at that age. I am now 32 and will be seeing a new Dr. Hopefully in attendance is something that can be done for me now. I am tired of it all..
conceivably its hereditary or something
