I suffer from PMDD and can't get B.C pills because of my headaches and eye problems, is there any other help?

My PMDD is definitely horrible, I yearning I could not hold such extremes, My Dr won't provide me the pill because I be have horrible headache near previous B.C Pills and my eyesight be have some terrifying moments. Is nearby anything I can bear to oblige allay my PMDD symptoms?
