Can a Woman With Lupus Have A Breast Augmentation?

I'm asking because a tentative girl at my mission have have a boob mission, and swears she have Lupus and have her breasts done after she be diagnosed. Lupus is an auto-immune diease. Her immune system would, if she have Lupus, attack her implant and she would hold a "Lupus Flare" the in one piece time her implant are contained by.
