Should i take hormone replacement?

so a couple of months ago i go to the endocrinologist roughly my counterweight fluctuation (sometimes i would gain solidity and loose alot or not even gain at all) and im fundamentally under-developed(if you know what i mean) and he suggested hormone replacement but lately ive be experiencing extremely abnormal mood swings similar to i can be sunny and after cracked within 30 second and im nowhere in close proximity pms-ing,currently. so should i consider hormone replacement? is it undamaging? please give support to! i also ruminate my hormone inequity is the effect of my horrible acne and adjectives of this is greatly affecting mi self confidence
