Menstrual like bleeding 10 years after a hysterectomy?

My mom have a hysterectomy over 10 years ago, but have have menstrual similar to bleeding the second couple of days. What could this be? Obviously she's going to the doctor tomorrow but I'd approaching to know what it could be.

pre-menopause.
