Weight Loss Advice?

I am 4' 11" and currently weigh 135 lbs. I am trying to integer out a clothed exercise program and diet plan. I hold given up drinking sodas and currently dine out once a week. I am looking to drop 15 pounds or at tiniest 10. When i be going to the gym, I did around 30 minutes of cardio and worked for another hour on different machines. Most of my "fat" is around my hips and lower tummy. Any direction? I'm approachable to adjectives suggestions.

Hi, yeah I enjoy get some great direction and ur weightiness loss by this will be pretty fast.
1. Don't get through any carbs excluding fruits or vegetables. If u want something sweet next devour single apples.
2.Start drinking more protein not fried meat though, to sustain keep hold of and build muscle.
3. Increase your cardio to one hour atleast.
4. Do ur ab exercises.
