Switching birth control?

at my per annum appt july 2nd they switched me from ortho tri cyclen lo (been on it for 4 years) to ortho tri cyclen (they stopped carring the other) resourcefully for days gone by 2-3 wks i enjoy have various preg. symtoms such as...tender breast, bloating, crazy hormone change, extreme hunger & thirst, headache, and nausea (i hold not vometed). i make out these are pms things as very well but not for me. i am resembling a clock and matching opening same date same time every month. and i am very soon 4 days behind for my extent and hold have frothy spotting today. (when i start it is other hevy from the start so i dont believe this is it) anyway i took a check (so without a doubt it is possible that i am preg.) on monday and it be neg. so i am wondering could adjectives of these crazy things going on be from switching or what? i cant find these answers anywere and planned parent hood have no answers
