Eating right?

i am 5'2 and weigh 175
i want to lose 50 pounds within a month
would i be capable of lose closely near excersise and ingestion right
for instance if i get through some chicken near crackers for lunch
and after fruits for a snack and a salad beside some chicken contained by it for dinner and cereal for breakfast and not get through unwanted items.
would that work?

I don't guess you can lose that much within a month but your plan sounds apposite. Just breed sure you don't devour any food beside trans fat, large fructose corn syrup, and adjectives the other ingredients thats unpronouncable. With exercise, fiber, and tons of dampen I'm sure your start losing greatly of shipment. Good Luck.

50 pounds in a month is impossible. unless its 50 pounds in money next you could do it surrounded by a hours of daylight.
