Is it healthy to have a menstural period of 3 days?

11 years ago, i be have a mentural spell of 5 days. i started taking kith and kin planning injections right after my child come so i wasn't have my menses at adjectives.after a few years i stoped and it took me 2 years since i have my term which as be 3 days up till in a minute, is it because of the injections or it's some open-handed of sickness
